Folkstone Monthly meeting - January 21st at 8:00PM
Our annual meeting was recessed with voting still open on all ballot items. If you have not yet voted or submitted a proxy, you may still do so before or during our next session on January 21, 2026.
Several measures came close to passing and could still succeed with additional participation.
The dues adjustment proposal required 60% participation for a quorum, which was not reached (approximately 40% participated). Under our bylaws, this requirement drops to 30% at the next session.
If you already voted, attended, or submitted a proxy, your vote remains valid; no action is needed.
If you have not yet participated, you may do so by visiting www.folkstonehoa.com downloading the ballot or proxy form, and emailing the completed form to board@folkstonehoa.com
The meeting will be held at 8:00 PM on January 21, 2026, at 12300 Westwood Hills Drive. Following the meeting, the voting results will be posted on the Association’s website.
