In addition to soliciting bids for maintaining our common areas and ensuring the quality of contractors’ work, Bob monitors needs and manages requests for tree and brush removal. Especially with all the recent harsh winter weather, Bob’s services have been invaluable. With so many tree companies driving through the neighborhood soliciting work, we’ve had unauthorized dumping of wood chips that is now the neighborhood’s responsibility to clean up. If you hire a tree service, please make sure they know that disposal of their chips on our common areas is not allowed.

Is this the year you volunteer your time to the neighborhood? Please consider stepping up for one of the Board openings, especially if you live on the Westwood Hills side. Without representation on the Board, that side of the neighborhood has no input to Board decisions.
